Returns Policy

At Worx, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return in its original packaging. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. However, the standard warranty of 1 year +2 on registration has you covered for any manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it, unused.
  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  •

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
    Personalised or custom-made items
  • Sale items (unless marked as returnable)

To start a return, please contact us at info@worxsa.co.za or visit our Contact Us page

Note: Please do not send your purchase back. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Defective/Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover all return shipping costs.

Change of Mind: For standard returns, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.

Approved: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Late Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Worx also reserves the right to replace, repair or credit the item at its discretion.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Courier delivery:

Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or the post office. Someone must sign the waybill when receiving the parcel. If you cannot be present at the delivery address a work colleague or member of staff may sign on your behalf. Please note that shopping centres, estates, farms, mines, universities and large companies are difficult deliveries and will usually result in delayed delivery if specific address and details are not provided.

We please ask that someone be present at the delivery address during working hours to receive the parcel.

VERY IMPORTANT: Goods delivered MUST BE checked by the recipient to ensure parcel/s are in perfect condition/good order. The moment the recipient accepts and signs for the goods (received in good order), no recourse can be taken against the courier company or Brandroid. Should the goods or packaging be damaged, please refuse acceptance and contact us as soon as possible. If possible, photo’s of the goods and packaging are very helpful in our claiming process.
